Parmesan Peppercorn Dip Mix

  • Parmesan Peppercorn Dip Mix makes a smooth and creamy cheese dip with just the right amount of pepper zing. Use the chilled directions to create a mouthwatering vegetable dip. Try spreading the dip on top of bread dough when baking bread sticks. The baked variation is perfect for crackers, chips, or artisan bread.

    Chilled Directions: Mix contents with 1 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayonnaise. Chill for several hours for best flavor.

    Baked Directions: Blend 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 T lemon juice, 1 T melted butter, and 1/4 cup of cream. Fold in 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and dip mix. Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 375°F for 30 minutes or until edges are bubbling and golden brown. Add spinach, crab meat, or shrimp for variety.

    Ingredients: Parmesan cheese (pasturized part skim cow's milk, culture, salt, enzymes, and powdered cellulose to prevent caking), onion, peppercorns, spices, and salt. No MSG or autolyzed yeast extract.
