Artichoke Garden Dip Mix
This sensational dip mix can be prepared either baked or chilled. The rich flavor of artichoke, onion, red and green bell pepper, carrot, and Parmesan cheese can be served as a creamy chilled dip with fresh vegetables, pretzels, or chips. Follow our alternative recipe to create a tasty baked dip with melted cheeses, fresh spinach, or crab meat served with crackers or toasted artisan breads.
Chilled Directions: Mix contents with 1 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayonnaise. Chill for several hours for best flavor.
(Highly Recommended) Baked Directions: Blend 8 oz. cream cheese, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 T lemon juice, 1 T melted butter, and 1/4 cup of cream. Fold in 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese and dip mix. Bake in greased shallow baking dish at 375°F for 30 minutes or until edges are bubbling and golden brown. Add spinach, crab meat, or shrimp for variety.
